WHO IS TEAM SO CAL?
 
Team So Cal is made up of men, women and children of all ages ranging from 5 to 75 years of age. With over 150 teammates strong, we collectively dedicate our lives to raising transplantation awareness, promote organ donation and demonstrate to the world how the “gift of life” changes lives forever. Fifty percent of our team are athletes blessed with transplants, while the other half are physicians, healthcare professionals, living donors, donor families and family who support our amazing athletes.
